All rentals are weekly with a Wednesday to Wednesday term unless prior agreement made with owner.
A pre-authorized hold security deposit of $1500 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is held to ensure the home and its contents including furnishings, finishes, and artwork are treated with care during your stay. Â
The deposit hold will be fully released within 4 days of departure, provided the property is left in good condition and no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required. Â
Normal wear and tear is, of course, expected and not subject to deduction.
