Additional sleeping spaces include a cozy twin XL Bunk Room, a Queen Bedroom, and a convertible Library/4th Bedroom with a queen murphy bed, making the home comfortable for families and guests.
The Kitchen opens to a covered "Beach Room" that serves as an outdoor living and dining space throughout the season. Southern light, garden views, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow make the home equally well suited for lively summer days and slower off-season visits.
A wood burning fireplace anchors the Living Rooms wall of bookcases, while the art-filled Dining Room expands to seat up to 11. The Library offers a built-in desk with high speed Wi-Fi for work from home days along with a skylight and art library for slower, reflective moments.
Shell Cottage was designed for families who return to Bay Head year after year, couples spending extended time at the shore, and guests who want a refined, comfortable home base within walking distance of all that Bay Head has to offer.

Notes
All rentals are weekly with a Wednesday to Wednesday term unless prior agreement made with owner.
A pre-authorized hold security deposit of $1500 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is held to ensure the home and its contents including furnishings, finishes, and artwork are treated with care during your stay.
The deposit hold will be fully released within 4 days of departure, provided the property is left in good condition and no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required.
Normal wear and tear is, of course, expected and not subject to deduction.
